For a technical problem
Tell us which tool you used, your device and browser, and what happened. Mention whether the problem occurred while editing, downloading, printing or sharing. A short description of the steps is often enough to help us investigate.
Do not email customer documents, bank details, passwords, PINs or identity documents. If an example is needed, replace private information with made-up names and numbers before sharing it.
For a guide correction
Include the page title or link, the sentence you believe needs correction and a reliable source where relevant. We welcome reports about unclear wording, calculation examples and outdated browser instructions. Read our editorial policy for more on our content approach.
Before contacting us
For mobile sharing help, see how to share a PDF through WhatsApp. If a saved draft disappeared after clearing browser data or changing devices, we cannot recover it from our server because document drafts are stored locally. Keep downloaded copies of important documents.
