Sending the PDF file lets your customer save the document, zoom in and print it later. A screenshot can be useful for a quick preview, but it may crop information or make small text difficult to read. GetAssistance provides separate Download PDF and Share PDF actions so you can choose the workflow your device supports.
Create and review the invoice first
Enter the business and customer details, then check every item, the total and the date. Replace any example text. Confirm that payment instructions are accurate before putting them in a customer conversation. If you converted a quotation, change quotation-specific notes into relevant invoice notes.
Use Share PDF on a supported phone
- Select Share PDF below the form.
- Your browser creates a PDF on your device.
- If file sharing is supported, the device opens its share menu.
- Choose WhatsApp, then choose the intended customer conversation.
- Review the attachment and recipient in WhatsApp before sending.
The available apps are controlled by your device and browser. WhatsApp must be available as a share target; the website cannot install it, force it to appear or choose a recipient for you. File sharing normally requires HTTPS or a trusted local development context.
If the share menu is unavailable
Select Download PDF instead. Open WhatsApp yourself, go to the correct conversation and use its attachment options to select a document or file. Find the PDF in your browser's downloads or your device's Files app. Exact labels differ between phone versions. If necessary, use your file manager's Share action on the downloaded file.
A WhatsApp link can prefill a text message, but it cannot attach a PDF stored on your device by itself. For that reason, this website does not pretend that a text-only WhatsApp link has shared your invoice file.
Understand what the site can confirm
Opening a share menu does not prove that the customer received the PDF. You may cancel, select a different app or stop before sending. Confirm delivery in the app you used. The website does not read your contacts, upload the invoice to a public link or send messages in the background.
Keep a copy
Download the final file for your own records. A saved browser draft can be overwritten, and clearing browser data removes it. If you spot an error after sending, create a corrected document with a clear revision reference and explain which copy replaces the earlier one.
